Pastoral management

Pastoral management is a program of managerial development for bishops, employees of the Curia, abbots / abbots of monastic houses and communities of the UGCC and RCC, heads of departments and projects of Caritas Ukraine and Caritas Spes, as well as heads of church institutions.

The program is specially designed for the needs that arise during all life cycles of religious organizations: from personnel management and staff efficiency to building a system of work to attract funding and management of church property. sustainable financial success at all stages of the life cycle.

About the program

Program audience:

Bishops, employees of the Curia, heads of divisions and projects of Caritas Spes and Caritas Ukraine, abbots of abbots and communities of the UGCC and RCC, as well as heads of church institutions who want to:

- systematically manage both individual units and the organization;
- update knowledge, gain new, structure previous experience and confidently make management decisions.

Training format:

5 modules with an interval of 1 month
