Support, infrastructure development, and research
We support the development of the infrastructure of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine, and every year we pay more and more attention to research in this area. Our task is to work on knowledge, experience, and networks for social entrepreneurship in the country. We want to increase regional potential, unite innovative players and promote ideas.
One of the directions of our interests is interest in improving the living conditions of residents of territorial communities, as well as in strengthening their self-organization and encouraging social activity. Thanks to the formation of a collective vision of the community's future and the initiation of joint initiatives for the development of traditional and social entrepreneurship, we will be able to bring innovation in rural areas to a new level.
We conducted several organizational programs for the development of territorial communities:
• Integral development of territorial communities — a project aimed at improving the living conditions of residents of territorial communities, strengthening self-organization in communities and encouraging social activity, forming a collective vision of the community's future, and initiating joint development initiatives;
• Strengthening the partnership and cooperation of authorities and non-governmental organizations in the provision of social services at the local level — a project that includes detailed training on the management of social services in local communities for specialists and managers in the field of social protection;
• PRO innovations — a program of organizational development and mentoring support for representatives of public, religious organizations, and social enterprises that provide social services in communities.
We also put a lot of effort into social entrepreneurship research. As a team, we have worked on creating several valuable materials that will help you better delve into and understand the field, including:
• White paper — the study of the impact of our educational programs on the business development of our graduates;
• Mapping of the ecosystem of social entrepreneurship in Ukraine — created to help leaders of social change find like-minded people and partners to share experiences and spread effective solutions;
• Mapping practices of social business cooperation with traditional ones — a study containing the best practices of introducing social business among three countries, and shows how social enterprise can cooperate with traditional ones and what benefits can be obtained from such cooperation;
• The Social Entrepreneurship Handbook — is an essential guide for anyone new to social business.
