Social Innovation Management

It is an educational program for organizational development for leaders of social initiatives aimed at solving social problems. We invite individuals who are open to the search and implementation of innovative solutions for the sake of the steady development of their initiative in the face of the challenges of our time and future. The program provides an opportunity to analyze and maximize the effectiveness of its activities, to create and immediately implement a strategy for its further development, accompanied by experienced experts and mentors.


Our mission:

Our mission is to strengthen the capacity of civil society organizations and individuals – leaders of social initiatives and projects – to apply innovative approaches to solving current societal problems. We create social innovation managers – architects and builders of social change – capable of reading signs of time, finding solutions that will change the existing social order and constantly improve it.

For whom

This is a comprehensive program for those who seek personal and professional development in the management of projects, organizations, social initiatives. The program focuses on public leaders, authors and founders of social startups, organizations, initiatives that have a social purpose.
Program participants can be individuals and teams (up to three persons involved in one initiative).

After the 4th module, participants begin working on their own development strategy, which will be presented during Demo Day

How to become a participant?

To participate in the Social Innovation Management program, you must complete and submit a registration form in which you should describe your idea of a social initiative or the mission and objectives of your organization. Registered applicants should expect an interview that will help us understand the main motivation of the candidate to study, his / her expectation from the program, the ability to work in a team with other program participants.

The selected participants will be informed about confirmation of their participation in the Program, receive a detailed program, as well as all necessary materials for training

  • Bachelor degree in any field;
  • Intermediate or higher level in English;
  • Aiming of personal and professional development;
  • High moral standards, integrity and maturity;
  • Active social position;
  • Being flexible and open to a new experience and communication.
