Management of social innovations

A training program of organizational development for leaders of social initiatives. The program provides an opportunity to analyze and maximize effectiveness of activities, to create and immediately implement a strategy for its further development under supervision of experienced experts and mentors. Program participants will deepen their understanding of how an organization and its units function, learn to think more systematically and make management decisions quickly.

About the program

Objective:

training of leaders and managers of NGOs with modern management methods. The program will introduce participants to applied tools of work, help integrate the latest approaches to project management and join the community of NGO professionals.

those who seek personal and professional development in the management of projects, organizations and social initiatives
founders of charitable and non-governmental organizations, who seek to make organization management structure effective
CEOs, managers and other representatives of charitable and non-governmental organizations responsible for arranging effective work

The duration of each module is 2 days, with an interval of 1 month.
